My passions include travel, cooking, writing, and reading. I live at the REAL Jersey shore in a 100 year old house with a wrap around porch where I often write. I was dazzled by bullet moldings, craftsman-style architecture, pocket doors, and a million windows. Charm wears off quickly when the upkeep becomes enormous (anyone remember the Tom Hanks' movie "The Money Pit?"). But there have been three major hurricanes since I've lived here and we're both still standing, so I guess we were meant to be.
