Night of Pan went out to eight publishers who requested to see my manuscript. So many thanks to all of you for your help and to my agent, Elizabeth Kracht. Updated 03 May · 2 comments

About Me

While studying the classics in college, I translated much of Homer’s ILIAD and ODYSSEY and Euripides’ BACCHAI. Living on the Greek islands after college, I discovered a love of myth, the wine-dark sea and retsina.

My fiction has been recognized by The Baltimore Review and Writer’s Digest. I have published stories and poems in Travelers’ Tales anthologies and the San Francisco Writer’s anthology. My poetry and photography have been published in a collection called CLUTTER.

I recently completed my first novel, NIGHT OF PAN, a mythic journey of a young oracle in ancient Greece.
I was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in northern California. I taught piano, raised my children, read French philosophers in French and played in an eclectic country band called the Prairie Dogs whose claim to fame was being the only band to play Candlestick Park between the Beatles and the Rolling Stones.
